Accounting Isn’t as Boring as It Seems
A software developer shares how they changed their mind about accounting after joining Stamped.
My preconceptions about accountants? Boring people with thick glasses and wool plaid vests. When I was told about a position at an accounting tech firm, I initially declined, preferring innovation and startups over what I perceived as simple addition and subtraction.
After meeting Simon, the company’s CEO, I was inspired by his vision to transform year-end processes using AI and technology-augmented accountants. The goal was making financial certification a breeze while providing continuous visibility into accounting data for SMEs and accountants.
