Going Concern

Going concern is an accounting principle on which the preparation of financial statements is based on the assumption that the entity expects and will be able to continue its activities for the next 12 months. This means that unless otherwise stated, an organization has a clear ability to continue to operate for the following year in the preparation of its financial statements.
