In this short technical update, we’d like to share a few updates that we’re recently published to the User Interface.

Here are some of the things that might interest you in this redesign which will see the app move from a toolkit-based dashboard to a platform that guides you on the steps to take during the year-end mandate👇

Sometimes searching for a certain section in the app was a bit like closing your eyes while trying to find a lemon in a bag full of limes. The new Dashboard menu next to the notification bell will allow you to access chats, engagements, and tasks at any time making your life much simpler.

👉 Unfortunately, not all roads lead to Rome.

Say goodbye to clicking the backward and forward arrows in your browser. The new menu on the left can be used to access options related to your organization, view previous engagements, or return to your engagement homepage meaning no more back and forth.

👉 Keep track of what's going on

With the new notification feature you can keep track of what's happening in real time and keep tabs on what still needs to be addressed. This way you don’t forget about tasks that require your attention or the attention of your customer success manager.
